WIND AND SEA by Takashi Kumagai, who is active in a wide range fields as a stylist, photographer, and director.
It was named after Windansea Beach in San Diego, California, where Mr. Kumagai once visited.
The basis for the culture was born from the streets in 90's. Once again, it is developing clothing that pays homage to the street now more than 20 years have passed since the era when the internet was not as widespread as it is now and the street was the birthplace of information exchange and culture.
