Return Policy

Restir offers Free Returns on all orders (except on all reduced items) within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

1. How to return the products

1. Please contact customer@restir.com with your order number, the email address you used to make the purchase and the date you can attend the collection of the parcel by DHL.

2. Follow the instructions to complete the return and you will receive the email from us to confirm the cancellation.

3. We will send you the DHL Waybill return sticker. Kindly print the first page and attach it on your sealed package.

4. Please inform us if you miss the collection and we will arrange it again according to your availability.

5. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

The products must be returned in new, unused and unwashed condition without any damage, with all the labels and tags still attached and original packaging.

 

2. Refund

Returned products will be managed within 10 working days from the date they are received by our warehouse.
Refunds for returned products shall be made using the payment method you used to purchase the products (credit card or PayPal).
We are not able to refund the import duty and tax invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker.

3. Our Policy

All products must be returned new, unused and unwashed condition without any damage, with all labels and tags still attached and original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

We are not able to accept any return of the products in the following conditions:

  • When the products are used, washed or damaged by you.
  • When Life style products are opened by you.
  • When any label and tag was cut or removed from the products
  • When any accessories are lost from the products

  • When the products are specifically explained in advance that they are not able to be returned or refunded.
