Profile:
A photographer born in South Africa in 1926 and died in 2009.
He began his career as an advertising photographer in Africa in the 1950s, and has worked as an art photographer since 1960s.
His representative works include "Cowboy Kate" (1965), which is said to be the first artistic black-white photo book of the 20th century as well as "FIVE GIRLS" (1962) and "November Girl" (1967). He realized the fusion of nude and fashion photography, and he has been mainly active in fashion magazines since 2000s.
